ABOUT CONFERENCE

The largest digital construction conference in Lithuania, will be held for the fifteenth time, bringing together leaders of the construction sector, representatives of government institutions, and international experts for a discussion on the key changes and opportunities in the digitalisation of construction processes in Lithuania.

This anniversary conference, taking place remotely on May 7, will invite participants to take a closer look at a particularly relevant topic for the sector – “From Specification to eConstruction Permit: Changes and Opportunities.

The highlight of the conference will be a panel discussion – “Digital, GIS-BIM based eConstruction Permitting Process: Mission (Im)Possible?”, moderated by Dainius Radzevičius. Participants will include Lithuania’s Minister of Environment Povilas Poderskis, Dalius Gedvilas, Head of Vilnius Municipality’s Architecture Division Aurelija Paškauskienė, representative of the Chamber of Architects Algimantas Pliučas, and Norwegian expert Frode Eek.

This year’s event will focus on improving the efficiency of construction process management through innovative digital technologies. There will also be discussions on how the integration of artificial intelligence and GIS-BIM technologies can transform the construction permitting process in Lithuania and abroad.

The conference is intended for all participants in the construction process – clients, real estate developers and managers, designers, builders, government representatives, public procurement organizers, and representatives from academic and research institutions.
